This is a list of safer essential oils for skin use. Remember no oil
is safe for undiluted use directly on the skin. Dilute
your chosen oil or blend of oils below 2% in a vegetable oil carrier
for infrequent use (once a week or less often) and below 0.5% for more
frequent use. If you're pregnant, on medications, under 12, or have any
sort of major health problems, ask a trained aromatherapist before you
use anything. Don't take essential oils internally - you don't know where
they've been!
